 MTa kits are like giant Mechano pieces that come with an array of activities tailored for delivering STEM activities. Most of these will involve a simple and fun ice breaker to allow people to get used to how the parts fit together and get the team thinking. Then comes a problem-solving task, usually under time pressure that really encourages out of the box thinking, there is not one right way to achieve a goal, so inventiveness pays off. |
